The firsttrial regarding trespass will take place on November 25st. The activists on trial are also accused of resisting arrest. The house occupation in question occurred in Bornsdorfer Street in May of 2018. The occupiers were evicted by the police even while negotiations were being held it “Stadt und Land”, a state run property management firm. Since the “Stadt und Land” managing director Ingo Malters will also be invited as a witness, it could become a really informative day. Maybe Ingo will even explain the theatrics of evicting activists while negotiations were taking place ;). Come in large numbers and support the person trial. All of us who oppose displacement in this city must stick together.
